Zero-Leakage

The robustness feature minimizes the possibility of equipment broken and leakage.

Energy Saving

The heat transfer efficiency of STHE is 40% to 50% better than the conventional shell & tube heat exchanger. The spiral tube configuration enables the fluid to be continuously turbulent in both hot & cold side (shell side and tube side). In addition, it has wide area for heat transfer.

Simplicity

The multiple parallel/in series conventional shell and tube heat exchangers replaced by one set of spiral tube heat exchanger are feasible, which simplifies the installation space and the surrounding structure and piping.

Resilience to Process Upsets

The STHE is inherent robust thanks to its spring shape configuration, which can sustain the sudden violent fluctuation of high pressure and temperature caused by emergency stop or other operation incident.

Anti-Fouling

No baffle design, no dead end in the shell side and the unique tube bundle structure enables the fluid to be continuously turbulent for fluid, which provides excellent anti-fouling feature.
